SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Carl Brueckner of Champaign, who passed 
4away on February 25, 2018; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Carl Brueckner was born in Chicago to Carl 
6Frederick and Faye Martin Brueckner on June 29 1934; he served 
7in the United States Army; he married Mary Elizabeth Coletta in 
8Reno, Nevada on January 1, 1986; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Carl Brueckner worked in real estate investments; 
10and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Carl Brueckner was a member of St. Matthew 
12Catholic Church; and
  
 
  
13    WHEREAS, Carl Brueckner is survived by his wife, Mary; his 
14daughter, Cinthia Paul; and his grandchildren, Holly Anderson, 
15Justin Paul, and Shaundra Paul; therefore, be it
  
 
16    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL 
17ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
18Carl Brueckner and extend our sincere condolences to his 
19family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it
