3 | | learn of the death of Keith Scott Chalmers; and

4 | | WHEREAS, Scott Chalmers was born in Chicago to Keith and |
5 | | Sheila Chalmers on May 19, 1981; he was baptized at New Birth |
6 | | of Love Missionary Baptist
Church in Chicago; he began reading |
7 | | at three
years old and was writing his own mini-adventure books |
8 | | by the age of five; he attended elementary school in Matteson |
9 | | School District 162 and Rich Central
High School District 227; |
10 | | he attended Moraine Valley and Kishwaukee
Community Colleges |
11 | | and received numerous accreditations as a
computer technician; |
12 | | and
|
13 | | WHEREAS, Scott Chalmers worked for Fox Valley Internet and |
14 | | Edward Don & Company; he then founded NewStar Networks; and
|
15 | | WHEREAS, Scott Chalmers loved computers, music, Starcraft, |
16 | | computer games, model trains, baking his "world famous" monkey |
17 | | bread, his parents, his siblings, friends, family, and his |
18 | | fur-babies; at a young age, he would dismantle many of his
|
19 | | sister's electronic devices - some of which would actually work |
20 | | when he put them
back together; and
|
21 | | WHEREAS, Scott Chalmers is survived by his wife, Cassandra |
