| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Robert "Bud" Hundley of Moline, who |
| 4 | | passed away on March 23, 2019; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Bud Hundley was born in Moline to Raymond V. and |
| 6 | | Darleen (Johnson) Hundley on May 9, 1931; after attending |
| 7 | | college, he served in the United States Army and was stationed |
| 8 | | in Japan during the Korean War; he married Marceline R. Finger |
| 9 | | on November 27, 1954; and
|
| 10 | | WHEREAS, Bud Hundley was employed as a Traffic Manager at |
| 11 | | Buddy L Toy Company; he then managed three Dairy Queen |
| 12 | | locations; he also managed and maintained several apartments |
| 13 | | and painted many houses in the area; and
|
| 14 | | WHEREAS, Bud Hundley was a member of Trinity Lutheran |
| 15 | | church in Moline and the Elks Club; and
|
| 16 | | WHEREAS, Bud Hundley was preceded in death by his wife, |
| 17 | | Marceline; his parents; his brother, Richard; and his |
| 18 | | sister-in-law, Dorothy; and
|
| 19 | | WHEREAS, Bud Hundley is survived by his daughter, Roma |
| 20 | | Hundley; his son, Raymond E. Hundley; his grandson, Evan |
