| 3 | | learn of the death of Duane M. Kovacek of Gurnee, who passed |
| 4 | | away on April 22, 2018; and

| 5 | | WHEREAS, Duane Kovacek was born to
Albert and Katherine |
| 6 | | Kovacek on October 31, 1948; and
|
| 7 | | WHEREAS, Duane Kovacek taught at North Chicago Community |
| 8 | | High School for 35 years; and
|
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Duane Kovacek was preceded in death by his parents |
| 10 | | and
his first wife, Kathy Kovacek; and
|
| 11 | | WHEREAS, Duane Kovacek is
survived by his wife, Diane |
| 12 | | Kovacek and his daughter, Kristin Kovacek; therefore, be it
|
| 13 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL |
| 14 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
| 15 | | Duane M. Kovacek, and extend our sincere condolences to his |
| 16 | | family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it |
