SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of William C. "Bill" Poulsen of Beach Park, 
4who passed away on May 8, 2018; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Bill Poulsen served in the United States Navy; and
  
 
6    WHEREAS, Bill Poulsen enjoyed spending time with his wife, 
7spending time on the front porch, watching sports, and talking 
8to and about his great-grandchildren; and
  
 
  
9    WHEREAS, Bill Poulsen was a committed husband, dedicated 
10father, and amazing grandfather; he will be remembered for his 
11honesty, love for his family, and dedication to his wife; and
  
 
12    WHEREAS, Bill Poulsen is survived by his wife of 40 years, 
13Karen; his son, Bill Poulsen; his stepdaughter, Deborah (Jack) 
14Stahulak; his grandchildren, Jordan, Taylor, and Maizie 
15Poulsen, and Katie and Matthew Behringer; his 
16great-grandchildren, Brody, Campbell, and Ellaney; and his 
17brother and best friend, Robert (Judy) Poulsen; therefore, be 
18it
  
 
19    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL 
20ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
