SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Kenneth A. "Kenny" Ryckman III of 
4Waukegan, who passed away on June 4, 2018; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Kenny Ryckman was born in Waukegan to Kenneth A. 
6Jr. and Judith Lynn (Cranor) Ryckman on April 25, 1969; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, Kenny Ryckman served in the United States Army; 
8and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Kenny Ryckman was a member of St. Anastasia 
10Parish; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Kenny Ryckman was preceded in death by his 
12parents; and
  
 
13    WHEREAS, Kenny Ryckman is survived by his sister, Katie 
14Lynn Ryckman; his niece, Eveianna Ryckman; his nephew, 
15Alexander Ryckman; and his aunt and uncle, Jane (Ryckman) and 
16Dale Shorman; therefore, be it
  
 
17    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL 
18ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
19Kenneth A. "Kenny" Ryckman III, and extend our sincere

1condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved 
2him; and be it further
  
 
3    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
