| 3 | | learn of the death of Glenn Stangland of Wheeling, who passed |
| 4 | | away on August 21, 2018; and

| 5 | | WHEREAS, Glenn Stangland was born in Chicago to Kenneth and |
| 6 | | Jean (McGrath) Stangland on November 17, 1947; he graduated |
| 7 | | from the pharmacy school at the University of Illinois at |
| 8 | | Chicago; and
|
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Glenn Stangland owned and operated independent |
| 10 | | neighborhood pharmacies for 30 years; he finished his career at |
| 11 | | Osco Drug in Mundelein; and
|
| 12 | | WHEREAS, Glenn Stangland was a man of science and a beloved |
| 13 | | paterfamilias; he enjoyed traveling to Walt Disney World with |
| 14 | | his family, cheering on his beloved White Sox, watching movies, |
| 15 | | and playing the video game Halo; and
|
| 16 | | WHEREAS, Glenn Stangland was preceded in death by his |
| 17 | | parents; and
|
| 18 | | WHEREAS, Glenn Stangland is survived by his wife of 42 |
| 19 | | years, Bonnie; his children, Holly, Lisa, and Sean (Lisa |
| 20 | | Draski) Stangland; his brother, James (Julie) Stangland; and |
