SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Harold T. Halford of Illinois City, 
4formerly of Texas, who passed away on September 10, 2018; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Harold Halford was born in Natchez, Mississippi to 
6Hiram and Laverne (Havard) Halford on September 17, 1959; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, Harold Halford was a veteran of the United States 
8Navy and served from 1977 until 1980; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Harold Halford enjoyed fishing, hunting, and 
10spending time with his family, including his nephews, 
11great-nieces, and great-nephews; and
  
 
12    WHEREAS, Harold Halford was preceded in death by his 
13parents; and
  
 
14    WHEREAS, Harold Halford is survived by his brothers, 
15Michael (Judy) Halford and Edwin (Linda) Halford; his nephews, 
16Scott and Robert Halford; and his many great-nieces and 
17great-nephews; therefore, be it
  
 
18    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL 
19ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of

1Harold T. Halford and extend our sincere condolences to his 
2family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it
