SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Darrin Michael Jorn of Hillsboro, who 
4passed away on December 30, 2018; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Darrin Jorn was born in Hillsboro to Kenneth and  
6Carol (Reynolds) Jorn on May 9, 1968; he graduated from  
7Hillsboro High School in 1987; he married Becky Chesser on May 
830, 2003; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Darrin Jorn owned and operated Jorn Signs; he was 
10a graphic artwork specialist and donated many graphic art 
11banners to organizations; and
  
 
12    WHEREAS, Darrin Jorn was a precinct committeemen for the 
13Republican Party; he was a  member of the Mt. Moriah Masonic 
14Lodge;  he enjoyed woodworking, target shooting, music, and 
15playing with friends in a band; and
  
 
  
16    WHEREAS, Darrin Jorn is survived by his parents; his wife, 
17Becky; his children, Derek Chesser, Dylan White, and Darby 
18White; his brother, Denny (Marci) Jorn; and several nieces, 
19nephews, and cousins; therefore, be it
  
 
20    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL

1ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
2Darrin Michael Jorn and extend our sincere condolences to his 
3family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it

5    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
6presented to  the family of  Darrin Jorn as an expression of our 
7deepest sympathy.
