SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Jeffrey S. Winburn of North Chicago, who 
4passed away on October 31, 2018; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Jeffrey Winburn was born to Houston and Dolores 
6(Cichosz) Winburn; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, Jeffrey Winburn was employed by Abbott 
8Laboratories and later at the U.S. Naval Station Great Lakes; 
9and
  
 
10    WHEREAS, Jeffrey Winburn was a skilled craftsman; he loved 
11Harley Davidson Motorcycles and cars; he was an avid 
12outdoorsman and enjoyed snowmobiling, kayaking, and bicycling; 
13and
  
 
14    WHEREAS, Jeffrey Winburn was preceded in death by his 
15parents; his brothers, Kenneth W. and Gerald P. Winburn; and 
16his first loyal canine companion, Sonny; and
  
 
17    WHEREAS, Jeffrey Winburn is survived by his children, 
18Krystal (Angel) Austria, Jeffrey T. (Jeni) Winburn, and BryAnna 
19(Matt) McGuire; his grandchildren, Xavier Austria, Elias 
20Austria, and Maddie-Lynn McGuire; the mother of his three

1children, Cynthia (Kalinoski) Wagner; and his loyal canine 
2companion, Leeroy; therefore, be it
  
 
3    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL 
4ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
5Jeffrey S. Winburn and extend our sincere condolences to his 
6family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it 
7further
  
 
8    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
9presented to  the family of  Jeffrey Winburn as an expression of 
10our deepest sympathy.
