| 4 | | on page 9, by replacing lines 1 through 4 with the following:

| 6 | | who has experienced a traumatic pregnancy, which may or may |
| 7 | | not have included the loss of a child, appointed by the |
| 8 | | Director of Public Health; |
| 9 | | (13) one physician representing the Illinois Academy |
| 10 | | of Family Physicians; and |
| 11 | | (14) one physician representing the Illinois Chapter |
| 12 | | of the American Academy of Pediatrics.".
