| 4 | | page 5, by replacing lines 11 through 13 with the following:

| 5 | | "2020. The one resident judgeship elected from Moultrie County |
| 6 | | before or at the 2020 general election shall become a resident |
| 7 | | judgeship from Moultrie County in the 24th circuit on |
| 8 | | December"; and
|
| 9 | | on page 5, line 20, after the period, by inserting the |
| 10 | | following: |
| 11 | | "The one resident judgeship elected from Piatt County before or |
| 12 | | at the 2020 general election shall become a resident judgeship |
| 13 | | from Piatt County in the 24th circuit on December 7, 2020.".
