2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 210 by replacing 
3line 12 on page 1 through line 9 on page 2 with the following:


4        "(1) one member to serve as chair, appointed by the 
5    Lieutenant Governor;
6        (2) one member of the House of Representatives

7    appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives;
8        (3) one member of the House of Representatives

9    appointed by the Minority Leader of the House of

10    Representatives;
11        (4) one member of the Senate appointed by the Senate

12    President;
13        (5) one member of the Senate appointed by the Senate

14    Minority Leader;
15        (6) the Director of Corrections or his or her designee;
16        (7) one member of a labor organization representing a 
17    plurality of Department of Corrections employees;
18        (8) one member representing Shawnee Community College,
