| 3 | | everything after the enacting clause with the following:

| 4 | | "Section 5. The Illinois Public Aid Code is amended by |
| 5 | | adding Section 5-5.05b as follows:

| 6 | | (305 ILCS 5/5-5.05b new) |
| 7 | | Sec. 5-5.05b. Reimbursement rates; community mental health |
| 8 | | centers. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, beginning |
| 9 | | July 1, 2019, Medicaid rates for mobile crisis response |
| 10 | | services provided in accordance with 89 Ill. Adm. Code 140.452 |
| 11 | | through 140.455 shall be equal to the Medicaid rates for |
| 12 | | services provided under the Screening, Assessment and Support |
| 13 | | Services program effective on July 31, 2018. The Department of |
| 14 | | Healthcare and Family Services shall apply for any waiver or |
| 15 | | State Plan amendment, if required, to implement the |
| 16 | | reimbursement rates established in this Section. |
