| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 | | Section 5. The Sale of Immoral Publications to Children Act |
| 5 | | is amended by changing Section 3 as follows:
|

| 7 | | Sec. 3.
It shall be unlawful to hire, use or employ any |
| 8 | | minor child to sell
or give away, or in any manner to |
| 9 | | distribute, or who, having the
the care,
custody or control of |
| 10 | | any minor child, to permit such child to sell, give
away, or in |
| 11 | | any manner to distribute any book, magazine, pamphlet,
|
| 12 | | newspaper, story paper or publication coming within the |
| 13 | | description of
matters mentioned in the first section of this |
| 14 | | act, and any person
violating any of the provisions of this act |
| 15 | | shall be guilty of a Class B
misdemeanor. |
