| 9 | | Sec. 2310-218. Phlebotomy training programs. |
| 10 | | (a) As used in this Section, "phlebotomy" means drawing |
| 11 | | blood for diagnostic testing, transfusion, research, or blood |
| 12 | | donation. |
| 13 | | (b) The Department shall provide a list of Illinois |
| 14 | | phlebotomy training programs in the State.".
