| 3 | | page 3, line 11, after the period, by inserting "If a non-home |
| 4 | | rule municipality imposes a storm water utility charge after |
| 5 | | the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 101st General |
| 6 | | Assembly, then the following restrictions apply: (1) charges |
| 7 | | may not be imposed on tax-exempt property; (2) revenue |
| 8 | | generated from the charge may only be used on stormwater |
| 9 | | utility acquisition, construction, extension, improvement, |
| 10 | | management, and maintenance in the municipality; and (3) the |
| 11 | | municipality may not establish the charge for an individual |
| 12 | | parcel based on the impervious surface area of that parcel.".
