| 6 | | "Section 10. The Mobile Home Park Act is amended by adding |
| 7 | | Section 2.11 as follows:

| 9 | | Sec. 2.11. Normal maintenance. "Normal maintenance" means |
| 10 | | servicing or repairing existing devices, equipment, |
| 11 | | facilities, infrastructure, or supporting utilities, or |
| 12 | | replacing those items in identical fashion with the same size, |
| 13 | | make, and model as the existing items and in accordance with |
| 14 | | applicable codes.".
