| 5 | | on page 1, line 5, after "public", by inserting "who is subject |
| 6 | | to Section (a) and"; and

| 7 | | on page 1, line 13, before "This", by inserting: |
| 8 | | "This acknowledgment shall be signed by the recipient of |
| 9 | | notary services before notary services are rendered, and the |
| 10 | | notary shall retain copies of all signed acknowledgments |
| 11 | | throughout their present commission and for 2 years thereafter. |
| 12 | | Notaries shall provide recipients of notary services with a |
| 13 | | copy of their signed acknowledgment at the time services are |
| 14 | | rendered.".
