| 4 | | "Section 5. The Early Intervention Services System Act is |
| 5 | | amended by adding Section 13.1 as follows:

| 6 | | (325 ILCS 20/13.1 new) |
| 7 | | Sec. 13.1. Provider reimbursement rates. For State fiscal |
| 8 | | years 2021 through 2022, the Department of Human Services shall |
| 9 | | increase reimbursement rates for early intervention services |
| 10 | | and related services by 4% each State fiscal year.

| 11 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
| 12 | | becoming law.".
