| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Food Handling Regulation Enforcement Act is |
| 5 | | amended by adding Section 3.08 as follows:

| 7 | | Sec. 3.08. Latex glove notice. A food service establishment |
| 8 | | shall not use latex gloves in handling or preparing food unless |
| 9 | | the establishment
prominently displays a notice bearing the |
| 10 | | following message: "Allergy Warning: This food service |
| 11 | | establishment uses latex gloves
in handling and preparing |
| 12 | | food.".
