| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2266 by replacing |
| 3 | | line 19 on page 4 through line 5 on page 5 with the following:

| 4 | | "The list shall be arranged according to counties and shall |
| 5 | | state in alphabetical order the name of each employee, the |
| 6 | | address in the county in which he votes, except as specified |
| 7 | | below, the position and the total salary paid to him or her |
| 8 | | during the past calendar year, rounded to the nearest hundred |
| 9 | | dollar. For persons employed by the Department of Corrections, |
| 10 | | Department of Children and Family Services, Department of |
| 11 | | Juvenile Justice, Office of the State's Attorneys Appellate |
| 12 | | Prosecutor, and the Department of State Police, as well as |
| 13 | | their spouses, no address shall be listed. The list so compiled |
| 14 | | and arranged shall be kept on file in the office of the |
| 15 | | Comptroller and be open to inspection by the public at all |
| 16 | | times.".
