| 4 | | 1, on page 4, by replacing lines 2 through 6 with the |

| 6 | | "(a) Rechargeable battery" means one or more voltaic or |
| 7 | | galvanic cells, electrically connected to produce electric |
| 8 | | energy, that is designed to be recharged for repeated uses. |
| 9 | | "Rechargeable battery" does not mean either of the following:"; |
| 10 | | and
|
| 11 | | on page 4, lines 15 and 21, by replacing "as part of" with "by" |
| 12 | | each time it appears; and
|
| 13 | | on page 5, by replacing lines 1 through 9 with the following: |
| 14 | | "(c) The Agency shall include on its website information |
| 15 | | regarding the recycling of rechargeable batteries.".
