| 6 | | "(a) Rechargeable battery" means one or more voltaic or |
| 7 | | galvanic cells, electrically connected to produce electric |
| 8 | | energy, that is designed to be recharged for repeated uses. |
| 9 | | "Rechargeable battery" includes, but is not limited to, a |
| 10 | | battery containing lithium ion, lithium metal, or lithium |
| 11 | | polymer or that uses lithium as an anode or cathode, that is |
| 12 | | designed to be recharged for repeated uses. "Rechargeable |
| 13 | | battery" does not mean either of the following:"; and

| 14 | | on page 4, lines 15 and 21, by replacing "as part of" with "by" |
