| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 | | Section 5. The Orthotics, Prosthetics, and Pedorthics |
| 5 | | Practice Act is amended by changing Section 75 as follows:
|

| 7 | | (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2020)

| 8 | | Sec. 75. Fees.
|
| 9 | | (a) The
The Department shall provide by rule for a schedule |
| 10 | | of fees to be paid
for
licenses by all applicants. All fees are |
| 11 | | not refundable. |
| 12 | | (b) The fees for the administration and enforcement of this |
| 13 | | Act including,
but not limited to, original licensure, renewal, |
| 14 | | and restoration shall be set
by rule by the Department.

| 15 | | (c) All fees and fines collected under this Act shall be |
| 16 | | deposited into the
General Professions Dedicated Fund.
