| 1 | | AN ACT concerning regulation.
|
| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 | | Section 5. The Covering ALL KIDS Health Insurance Act is |
| 5 | | amended by changing Sections 63 and 98 as follows:
|

| 7 | | (Section scheduled to be repealed on October 1, 2019) |
| 8 | | Sec. 63. Audits by the Auditor General. The Auditor General |
| 9 | | shall annually cause an audit to be made of the Program on or |
| 10 | | before June 30, 2022 and every 3 years thereafter , beginning |
| 11 | | June 30, 2008 and each June 30th thereafter. The audit shall |
| 12 | | include payments for health services covered by the Program and |
| 13 | | contracts entered into by the Department in relation to the |
| 14 | | Program.
