Amends the Sexual Assault Survivors Emergency Treatment Act. Provides that an adult sexual assault survivor, in addition to a treatment hospital, may be transferred to any treatment hospital with approved pediatric transfer. Effective immediately.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Sexual Assault Survivors Emergency |
| 5 | | Treatment Act is amended by adding Section 11 as follows:

| 7 | | Sec. 11. Adult patient transfer. An adult sexual assault |
| 8 | | survivor, in addition to a treatment hospital, may be |
| 9 | | transferred to any treatment hospital with approved pediatric |
| 10 | | transfer.

| 11 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
| 12 | | becoming law.
