| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Community-Integrated Living Arrangements |
| 5 | | Licensure and
Certification Act is amended by adding Section |
| 6 | | 13.2 as follows:
|
| 7 | | (210 ILCS 135/13.2 new) |
| 8 | | Sec. 13.2. Emergency notification. Any facility licensed |
| 9 | | under this Act shall notify the Department when emergency calls |
| 10 | | are made from the facility. The Department shall adopt any |
| 11 | | rules necessary to implement this Section, including, but not |
| 12 | | limited to, reporting procedures and protocols and penalties |
| 13 | | for failing to report.
