| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The State Designations Act is amended by adding |
| 5 | | Section 83 as follows:

| 6 | | (5 ILCS 460/83 new) |
| 7 | | Sec. 83. State soda. Ski is designated the official State |
| 8 | | soda of the State of Illinois.
