AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3144 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3144 as follows:


 
3on page  1, by replacing line 13 with the following:

4"classrooms if the children are (i) in the same grade level, 
5(ii) in any of grades kindergarten through 5, and (iii) 
6attending the"; and
 


7on page 1, line 23, by replacing "may" with "must"; and
 


8on page 2, by replacing lines 6 through 8 with the following:

9"request a meeting with the parent or guardian, the school must 
10provide the classroom placement"; and
 


11on page 3, by replacing line 10 with the following:
