| 1 | | AN ACT concerning civil law.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 | | Section 5. "AN ACT concerning civil law", approved August |
| 5 | | 22, 2005, Public Act 94-653, is amended by changing Section 5 |
| 6 | | as follows:
|
| 7 | | (P.A. 94-653, Sec. 5)
|
| 8 | | Sec. 5. The Illinois Department of Human Services is hereby |
| 9 | | authorized to grant and convey a permanent conservation |
| 10 | | easement to the Illinois Department of Natural Resources or to |
| 11 | | the Chicago Park District on a parcel containing 30 acres, more
|
| 12 | | or less, that is located in Section 18, Township 40 North, |
| 13 | | Range 13 East of the third principal meridian, Cook County, |
| 14 | | Illinois, situated to the West and South of the Chicago Read |
| 15 | | Mental Health Center, for the purpose of preserving and |
| 16 | | protecting the wetlands and forested area for the benefit of |
| 17 | | the patients of the
facility, the community, and the general |
| 18 | | public, this 30-acre parcel being more
particularly described |
| 19 | | under Section 10 of this Act.
