AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3301




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3301, AS AMENDED, 
3with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 
41, on page 3, by replacing lines 15 through 21 with the 
5following: 
 
6    "(d) A deputy clerk appointed under subsection (a) serving 
7at the time the office of township clerk is abolished under 
8Section 75-50 must be reappointed by the township board no 
9later than 60 days after the office of township clerk is 
10abolished in order to retain his or her position. After the 
11expiration of the"; and



 
12on page 4, by line 6, by changing "abolished;" to "abolished at 
13the conclusion of the term of the township clerk serving on the 
14effective date of this amendatory Act of the 101st General
