1    AN ACT concerning safety.
  
 
2    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
 
3represented in the General Assembly:
  
 
 
4    (415 ILCS 140/Act rep.)
5    Section 5. The Kyoto Protocol Act of 1998 is repealed.
 
 
6    Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon 
7becoming law.
