| 1 | AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3651

| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3651, AS AMENDED, by | ||||||
| 3 | replacing everything after the enacting clause with the | ||||||
| 4 | following:
| ||||||
| 5 | "Section 5. The State Records Act is amended by adding | ||||||
| 6 | Section 4b as follows: | ||||||
| 7 | (5 ILCS 160/4b new) | ||||||
| 8 | Sec. 4b. Credit card expenses. A public officer or agency | ||||||
| 9 | that has a government credit card issued for use by the public | ||||||
| 10 | officer shall quarterly post on the public officer's or | ||||||
| 11 | agency's website a copy of each monthly credit card statement | ||||||
| 12 | of a public officer on or before 60 days after the date the | ||||||
| 13 | statement posted. A copy of a statement shall remain on the | ||||||
| 14 | website for at least one year after the statement originally | ||||||
| 15 | posted on the website. | ||||||
| 16 | This Section applies to a public officer or agency that has | ||||||

| 1 | a website that the full time staff of that public officer or | ||||||
| 2 | agency maintains. | ||||||
| 3 | Section 10. The Local Records Act is amended by adding | ||||||
| 4 | Section 3d as follows: | ||||||
| 5 | (50 ILCS 205/3d new) | ||||||
| 6 | Sec. 3d. Credit card expenses. An officer or agency that | ||||||
| 7 | has a government credit card issued for use by the officer | ||||||
| 8 | shall quarterly post on the officer's or agency's website a | ||||||
