Amends the Equitable Restrooms Act. Requires a place of public accommodation with an area of at least 40,000 square feet to have an adult changing table installed in at least one all-gender single-occupancy restroom. Defines "adult changing table".

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Equitable Restrooms Act is amended by adding |
| 5 | | Section 30 as follows:

| 6 | | (410 ILCS 35/30 new) |
| 7 | | Sec. 30. Adult changing tables. |
| 8 | | (a) In this Section, "adult changing table" means a |
| 9 | | changing table designed to accommodate a full-sized adult. |
| 10 | | (b) A place of public accommodation with an area of at |
| 11 | | least 40,000 square feet must have an adult changing table |
| 12 | | installed in at least one all-gender single-occupancy |
| 13 | | restroom.
