| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4476 as follows:

| 3 | | on page 3, immediately below line 10, by inserting the |
| 4 | | following:

| 5 | | "(f) Any construction which may be required as a result of |
| 6 | | the requirements of this Section shall be under the authority |
| 7 | | of the Capital Development Board in consultation with the |
| 8 | | Department. |
| 9 | | (g) The requirements of this Section shall only apply to |
| 10 | | State buildings under the management or control of the |
| 11 | | Department, but does not include buildings leased by the |
| 12 | | Department."; and
|
| 13 | | on page 3, line 11, by replacing "(f)" with "(h)".
