| 3 | | Representatives are saddened to learn of the passing of Robert |
| 4 | | I. "Bobbie" Moore on December 20, 2018; and

| 5 | | WHEREAS, Bobbie Moore was born on October 1, 1987; the |
| 6 | | youngest of three sons born to the union of Walter Sr. and |
| 7 | | Robin Moore in Chicago; he had an unbreakable bond with his |
| 8 | | brothers; he graduated from Morgan Park High School and |
| 9 | | attended Tennessee State University; he enjoyed and loved all |
| 10 | | sports; football was one of his favorites, as he played Arena |
| 11 | | Football in Arizona; and
|
| 12 | | WHEREAS, Bobbie Moore admired his father and wanted to |
| 13 | | become a power lineman just like him; he attended IBEW trade |
| 14 | | school and Dawson Skills Center, where he learned the overhead |
| 15 | | lineman skills; his passion for cooking was expressed in his |
| 16 | | desire to operate a catering service with his brother, and he |
| 17 | | attended Kennedy King Culinary Arts School; his second love was |
| 18 | | his enjoyment of the outdoors; he climbed trees effortlessly; |
| 19 | | working as a tree trimmer for Asplundh Tree Experts, he stepped |
| 20 | | out on faith, resigned, and started his own company, Black |
| 21 | | Walnut Tree Artisans, with his cousin Arthur Powell Jr.; and

| 22 | | WHEREAS, Bobbie Moore was prepared to do just what he |
