| 10 | | the Illinois Press
Association, and the Illinois State Medical |
| 11 | | Society for her work covering advances in the medical field; |

| 13 | | WHEREAS, Judy Baar Topinka's time covering politics and |

her move into politics; |
| 15 | | in 1980, she was elected to serve in the Illinois House of |
