HOUSE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3Representatives are saddened to learn of the
death of Thomas E. 
4Klatt, who passed away on December 7, 2018; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Thomas Klatt served his country with the United 
6States Marine
Corps; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, Thomas Klatt was known in his community as a smart 
8businessman, and  his opinions and advice were sought by many; 
9and
  
 
10    WHEREAS, Thomas Klatt served as a Bristol Township Trustee 
11since 1991; he served on the boards of several community banks 
12and was a current
member of the board of trustees at the 
13Pioneer Bank; and
  
 
14    WHEREAS, Thomas Klatt was a faithful and longtime member of 
15the Trinity Church United
Methodist in Yorkville; and
  
 
16    WHEREAS, Thomas Klatt is survived by his wife, Karen Klatt; 
17his children; his grandchildren; his
brothers; and many nieces 
18and nephews; therefore, be it
  
 
19    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE

1HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that 
2we mourn the passing of Thomas E. Klatt and extend our sincere 
3condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved 
4him; and be it further
  
 
5    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
6presented to  the family of  Thomas Klatt as an expression of our 
7deepest sympathy.
