| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of |
| 3 | | Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of Zofia |
| 4 | | Bielak of Norridge, who passed away on March 3, 2019; and

| 5 | | WHEREAS, Zofia Bielak was a loving and caring wife, mother, |
| 6 | | and grandmother; and
|
| 7 | | WHEREAS, Zofia Bielak is survived by her husband, Andrzej; |
| 8 | | her daughter, Joanna (Sebastian) Kot; her son, Jack Bielak; her |
| 9 | | grandchildren, Jakub and Anabella Kot; her sister, Mary |
| 10 | | (Stanley) Mastelerz; her brother, Andrzej (Stanislawa) |
| 11 | | Obrochta; her brother-in-law, Stanley Kalemba; and her many |
| 12 | | nieces and nephews; therefore, be it

| 13 | | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE |
| 14 | | HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that |
| 15 | | we mourn the passing of Zofia Bielak and extend our sincere |
| 16 | | condolences to her family, friends, and all who knew and loved |
