HOUSE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3Representatives wish to congratulate Lorenzo Frezza on his 
4success as a wrestler; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Lorenzo Frezza is an 8th grader at Twin Groves 
6Middle School in Buffalo Grove; he started wrestling on the 
7club level as a 4th grader with the  Poeta Wrestling Club; 
8during 5th grade, he wrestled with the Fighting Patriot Club;

9he then moved on to Twin Groves Middle School, where he 
10wrestled during 6th, 7th, and 8th grades; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, As a 6th grader, Lorenzo Frezza won the Rookie of 
12the Year Award with a 28 and 5 record; he was an Illinois 
13Elementary School Association's   (IESA) state qualifier at 80 
14lbs.; and
  
 
15    WHEREAS, In 7th grade, Lorenzo Frezza won the  Most 
16Accomplished Wrestler Award with a 31 and 3 record and finished 
174th in the IESA State Wrestling Tournament at 85 lbs.; and
  
 
  
18    WHEREAS, In 8th grade, Lorenzo Frezza won the  Most Valuable 
19Wrestler Award finishing 30 and 1 and took 1st place in the 
20IESA State Wrestling Tournament in the Class A division; he was 
21the first state champion in any type of sport or

1extracurricular activity at Twin Groves Middle School; 
2therefore, be it
  
 
3    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE 
4HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that 
5we congratulate Lorenzo Frezza on his success as a wrestler and 
6wish him many more successful years; and be it further
  
 
7    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
8presented to Lorenzo Frezza as a symbol of our respect and 
9esteem.
