| 6 | | WHEREAS, The positive effects of gratitude on physical |

psychological well-being, and on relationships with |

studied and verified; and

| 9 | | WHEREAS, Within the past few years, science has found that |

sense of gratitude has enhanced the well-being of |
| 11 | | individuals in a positive
manner; and |
| 12 | | WHEREAS, Gratitude originated from the proposition of |

on to others as they would do to themselves; and |
| 14 | | WHEREAS, At this time in the history of our nation, the

| 16 | | WHEREAS, Life itself is worth being grateful for; the more |

grateful, the more circumstance will create situations |
