| 3 | | Representatives with to congratulate Timotheus "Tim" Arrington |
| 4 | | for receiving the Western Golf Association's Evans |
| 5 | | Scholarship, providing four years of university tuition and |
| 6 | | housing; and

| 7 | | WHEREAS, Tim Arrington, a high school senior at Kenwood |
| 8 | | Academy and resident of Chicago's South Side, earned this |
| 9 | | prestigious award based on his dedicated work as a caddie for |
| 10 | | two summers at the Chicago Park District's Jackson Golf Course, |
| 11 | | along with his academic achievements and community |
| 12 | | involvement, including performances with the Chicago |
| 13 | | Children's Choir and his commitment to tutoring junior high |
| 14 | | students; and
|
| 15 | | WHEREAS, Tim Arrington is the first Jackson Park Golf |
| 16 | | Course caddie to earn the Evans Scholarship since 1993; and
|
| 17 | | WHEREAS, Tim Arrington will attend Marquette University in |
| 18 | | pursuit of a career in the medical field; therefore, be it
