HOUSE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3Representatives wish to congratulate CSC Consulting Group on 
4the occasion of its 30th anniversary; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, CSC Consulting Group was founded by Caroline 
6Sanchez Crozier in 1988 to create sustainable communities 
7through innovation and education equity; CSC's mission is to 
8help schools prepare students for college and careers, to be 
9ready for a technology-rich workplace, and to make an impact in 
10their own communities; CSC also connects schools and 
11organizations to hi-speed networks for safe and secure access 
12to digital learning spaces; the company supports people, 
13improves processes, and enhances the performance of the 
14organizations that make up the learner ecosystem; the company 
15serves clients in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Mexico; and
  
 
16    WHEREAS, Caroline Sanchez Crozier, Founder and President 
17of CSC Consulting Group, has been recognized as a visionary 
18entrepreneur with a strong commitment to education and 
19community service; she has received numerous local and national 
20awards, including the prestigious Small Business Person of the 
21Year Award from the U.S. Small Business Administration in 1993 
22and recognition from the White House during President Clinton's 
23administration; she is a state and national board member of the

1oldest and largest civil rights national organization for 
2Latinos, the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC); 
3she currently lives in Willow Springs and runs her business 
4with her husband, Terry Crozier, who serves as the CFO; they 
5have two sons, Alex and Julian; and
  
 

  
6    WHEREAS, CSC Consulting Group has a long history of 
7bringing innovation to schools and offers leadership and a 
8strong commitment to addressing equity in education, to 
9increasing the resources in under-served communities, and to 
10elevating the lives of Latinos; therefore, be it
  
 
11    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE 
12HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that 
13we congratulate CSC Consulting Group on the occasion of its 
1430th anniversary, and we wish them many more successful years; 
15and be it further
  
 
16    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
17presented to Caroline Sanchez Crozier, founder and President of 
18CSC Consulting Group, as an expression of our esteem and 
19respect.
