| 10 | | WHEREAS, Pulmonary hypertension is chronic and incurable |
| 11 | | and has a poor survival rate; and

| 12 | | WHEREAS, Symptoms of pulmonary hypertension may include |
| 13 | | chest pain, dizziness, fainting, fatigue, swollen legs and |
| 14 | | ankles, and irregular heartbeat; and

| 16 | | the possibility of an improved quality of life; and |
