| 2 | | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE |
| 3 | | HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that |
| 4 | | the State of Illinois should commit itself, whenever it |
| 5 | | promulgates a new administrative rule under the Illinois |
| 6 | | Administrative Procedure Act (IAPA) (5 ILCS 100), to repeal two |
| 7 | | existing rules to make way for one new one; and be it further

| 8 | | RESOLVED, That the State of Illinois should commit itself, |
| 9 | | whenever it promulgates a new administrative rule under the |
| 10 | | IAPA, to include a date certain within the rulemaking, after |
| 11 | | which time that rule will no longer be in effect.
