| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of |
| 3 | | Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of Bradley |
| 4 | | D. Parker, who passed away on February 20, 2020; and

| 5 | | WHEREAS, Bradley Parker was born in Chicago to Daryl and |
| 6 | | Anita Parker on September 12, 1987; he graduated at the top of |
| 7 | | his class from Whitney M. Young Magnet High School and attended |
| 8 | | South Suburban College; in January of 2006, he began attending |
| 9 | | the University of Missouri-Columbia; in the fall of 2007, he |
| 10 | | began attending Chicago State University, where he received his |
| 11 | | Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and graduated Cum |
| 12 | | Laude in 2011; he married Ciearo Paige on July 21, 2018; and
|
| 13 | | WHEREAS, Bradley Parker was employed at Commonwealth |
| 14 | | Edison and the Social Security Administration in Chicago before |
| 15 | | landing his career job with the Veterans Administration in |
| 16 | | 2013; he transferred to the Dallas, Texas branch as a Medical |
| 17 | | Support Assistant in 2014; and
|
| 18 | | WHEREAS, Bradley Parker committed to his faith at an early |
| 19 | | age, and he recommitted to his faith and joined the Covenant |
| 20 | | United Church of Christ in 2005; and
|
| 21 | | WHEREAS, Bradley Parker was preceded in death by his |
