| 7 | | General Assembly on how State funds and funds distributed under |
| 8 | | the evidence-based funding formula under Section 18-8.15 may |
| 9 | | aid the financial effects of the changes made by this |
| 10 | | amendatory Act of the 101st General Assembly.".
