AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 61




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 61, AS AMENDED, 
3with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 
42, as follows:

 
5on page 5, line 20, by replacing "or" with "and"; and 

 
6on page 8, by replacing lines 9 through 15 with the following:
7        "(1) (Blank); or the adopting owner has executed a 
8    written agreement"; and
 
9on page 12, by replacing lines 19 and 20 with "Sections 2.01, 
102.07,  2.16, 11,  24, and 35 and  by adding Section   2.19-3 as 
11follows:"; and
 
12on page 13, line 19, by replacing "or" with "and"; and 
 
13on page 14, by replacing line 20 with the following:
