| 4 | | 1 on page 2, immediately below line 25, by inserting the |

| 6 | | "(d) As soon as practical after the effective date of this |
| 7 | | amendatory Act of the 101st General Assembly, the State |
| 8 | | Comptroller shall direct and the State Treasurer shall transfer |
| 9 | | no more than $250,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the |
| 10 | | Disaster Response and Recovery Fund to be utilized by local |
| 11 | | governments and political subdivisions in St. Clair County for |
| 12 | | reimbursement of eligible disaster costs as defined by the |
| 13 | | federal public assistance program to provide disaster relief in |
| 14 | | relation to damage resulting from the flooding occurring in St. |
| 15 | | Clair County in December 2015 and January 2016.".
